My name is Helena Martin and I practice Reflexology, Swedish massage, Indian Head massage, Pregnancy Massage and Baby Reflex. My treatment rooms are situated in Roscahill (located between Moycullen and Oughterard) and in Liosban Industrial Estate & Newcastle, Galway city. I also provide a mobile service and can come to your home if you are unable to travel to me.
My main aim is to help alleviate symptoms of stress and tension and to help people achieve a state of relaxation. This can be done passively through reflexology or massage, or actively by teaching people relaxation techniques and helping them to manage their stress.
I can also provide Pamper Parties offering fabulous pamper treatments to suit any occasion. So whether it's an employee wellness event, a birthday, hen night, baby shower or girls night in, I can arrive at your location armed with everything necessary to transform your home, office or hotel room into a haven of relaxation.
I am a member of the Irish Reflexologists Institute, whose members are approved by VHI, Aviva and Quinn Healthcare. Clients may be entitled to discounts on their reflexology treatment depending on their healthcare plan. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
